AMMO Books — book publishing company, Los Angeles, CA — currently in production
Recently I was contracted by this publishing firm to re-size one of their most popular titles to be re-issued as a trade paperback. Over 200 pages. Text re-flow, an additional introductory essay, and color-correction of all the images was involved so the new title would not lose any luster when reduced and printed on un-coated paper.
TASCHEN America — book publishing company, Köln, Germany — currently in production
Since April, 2008 I have been working as a freelance production and layout artist for this renowned company. Currently involved on my second title, I am given the responsibility of laying out the art director's design and getting the entire file ready for the production team. These books are often between 300-500 pages and require a high level of attention to detail and organization. Text re-flow and calculation for 2 additional languages, captions, and re-linking of images is all part of the process.
Huckleberry — restaurant identity, Santa Monica, CA
This new restaurant hired me to design and produce their brand identity, stationery system, and menu system. Other collateral material will include posters, postcards, interior signage and t-shirts. I am handling all aspects of the design and production phases, finding appropriate printers, getting print quotes, researching paper options and working in a collaborative aspect with the architects to insure a cohesive design and brand within the space.
Tono Studios — audio post-production company, Santa Monica, CA — 2008
Designed and produced a package to house their DVD sound demo reel. This package housed a DVD, small letter, and a business card and reflected the company's sleek, elegant brand image.
Topo Ranch — lifestyle brand apparel company, Venice, CA — 2007 to current
I was contracted to assist in managing and updating their webstore, to help with e-promotion and to design, manage, and print their buybooks for the Spring and Fall 2008 seasons. I have also created 3 illustrations for their men's and women's teeshirt lines and continue to submit new ideas each season.
Jeannie Freilich Fine Art — art gallery, New York City, NY — 2007
Hired as a design consultant and liaison to the artist Annie Morris during the creation of her print catalog in conjunction with her art shows at Jeannie Freilich Fine Art in New York and the Allsopp Contemporary Gallery in London, England.
Nicholas Katona — sculptor and architect, Venice, CA — 2007
Designed and printed this local sculptor's 20 page full color portfolio. Ten copies were printed and each was hand-bound and featured a laser-etched design on the cover. Currently in production is a fold-out promotional piece to exhibit Mr.. Katona's current architectural endeavors.

Enlisted to create logotypes, t-shirt graphics, business cards and branding for this web start-up.

Frank Creative — ad agency, Hermosa Beach, CA — 2006
Worked with this ad agency as a production artist, helping to develop brand bibles, trade show graphics, catalogs, and other print ad material.
Apartment A Productions — theatre company, Venice Beach, CA — 2006
Created promotional material for this local theatre's performances in Venice. Small mailers, 11x17 posters, large theatre marquees and e-mail invites were designed and printed.
Touchstone Pictures — film company, Los Angeles, CA — 2002
Created original artwork featured in three segments of the film Crazy/Beautiful: the opening title sequence, a "love montage" segment, and the film's end credits. Original artwork was also created for the DVD menus and for six inserts to be used in the music video Wait performed by Seven Mary Three.
Brooklyn Union — corporate art department, Brooklyn, NY — 1992 through 1994
Held a two year contract as a freelance artist with this Brooklyn based gas utility corporation. Worked in their art department five days a week assisting with graphic design, illustrations, annual reports, and all collateral print work the company produced.
